Healthy Body Makeover (group training)
This program has been designed to help people that are serious about getting results. The Healthy Body Makeover Program is a hands on approach, giving you everything you need to accomplish your fitness and weight-loss goals. Increase your Mobility, Flexibility, Strength and Cardio by attending personal training in a group atmosphere.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30 pm

ROCK STEADY BOXING
An exercise program that attacks Parkinson's at it's vulnerable neurological points. It focuses on overall fitness, strength training, reaction time and balance.
Intense spinning class. Get in and get out quick. This class is designed to give a great workout in a short time period. This class is 30 to 45 minutes.
Instructor- Shannon Deboer
This class combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing or ball alternated with non-impact aerobic exercise.

Blend of yoga, cardio, balance sequences and strength training.
