Dance Fitness​

  • Join our Dynamic Dance Fitness class, where we change up the dance style every month to keep things exciting and fresh! Each session is a fun, full-body workout set to high-energy music.Expect a variety of dance styles.

  • Hip Hop: High-energy moves to burn calories and build cardio.

  • Oldies: Classic dances from the 60s, 70s, and 80s for a fun, nostalgic workout.

  • Belly Dancing: Focus on core strength and flexibility with fluid, rhythmic movements.

  • Latin Dance: Salsa, merengue, and bachata to improve rhythm and stamina.

  • Each class is beginner-friendly and taught by a professional instructor, so no experience is needed. Get ready to move, sweat, and have fun!

ROCK STEADY BOXING

An exercise program that attacks Parkinson's at it's vulnerable neurological points. It focuses on overall fitness, strength training, reaction time and balance.

Express Spin

Intense spinning class.  Get in and get out quick.  This class is designed to give a great workout in a short time period.  This class is 30 minutes.

SILVERSNEAKERS 

This class combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing or ball alternated with non-impact aerobic exercise.

Blend of yoga, cardio, balance sequences and strength training.
