ROCK STEADY BOXING
An exercise program that attacks Parkinson's at it's vulnerable neurological points. It focuses on overall fitness, strength training, reaction time and balance.

Intense spinning class. Get in and get out quick. This class is designed to give a great workout in a short time period. This class is 30 minutes.

SILVERSNEAKERS
This class combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing or ball alternated with non-impact aerobic exercise.
