Healthy Body Makeover (group training)

This program has been designed to help people that are serious about getting results.  The Healthy Body Makeover Program is a hands on approach, giving you everything you need to accomplish your fitness and weight-loss goals.  Increase your Mobility, Flexibility, Strength and Cardio by attending personal training in a group atmosphere.

 

Days & Times:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30 pm

Option 1:   4 classes per month $39.95

Express Spin

Intense spinning class.  Get in and get out quick.  This class is designed to give a great workout in a short time period.  This class is 30 to 45 minutes.

Instructor- Shannon Deboer

 

 

SPIN

This class is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, endurance and high intensity intervals.  Spinning involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

SILVERSNEAKERS 

This class combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing or ball alternated with non-impact aerobic exercise.

PiYo

Combines the muscle sculpting of Pilates plus the flexibility of Yoga in nonstop fluid movements.
